I understand that plans change & things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you’re running late to your appointment, please let me know. If you’re going to be more than 20 minutes late, we will most likely have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service you missed.
I respect your time as well, so if I’m ever running behind I will let you know. As always, thank you for your support and understanding.
